In Person Portrait Workshop - May 16th
Spend the day with me in my home art studio painting a self-portrait (selfie). We will work through facial structure, depth, vibrant acrylic color choices, skin tone mixing, and creating a background rooted in your personal narrative.
Self-Portraits are incredibly satisfying, and fulfill a need we all have in "finding ourselves".
The day runs 9am to 4pm and includes coffee and a healthy gourmet lunch. You will also get to see my personal art collection and meet my two chihuahuas. An optional group dinner follows at a local restaurant for those who want to keep the day going.
Located one hour south of downtown Chicago. Nearest airports are Chicago O'Hare or Chicago Midway. Full logistics, supply list, and address will be emailed after registration.

Yes, there is plenty of free street parking.

Please wear clothes you don't mind getting messy. Or bring something to cover up like an apron or old shirt.

Please message Dana in advance and she will do her best to accommodate. I am gluten free so the meal will most likely already be gluten free. You are also welcome to bring your own lunch or snacks.
